To do this we keep the issues that affect women on the political agenda and work closely with the government, academics and industry to influence the development of policies to address them.

However, that's just a small part of our work. We believe it is important to create and deliver hands-on solutions that give women the opportunity to make the most of their career potential. We've been doing this since 1992 by running programmes in Enterprise, Flexible Working, Childcare, Care, Equality and Diversity across Wales, that have successfully supported individual women to enter the workplace and progress their careers.

Since 1992 Chwarae Teg has been at the forefront of the transformation of working practices, researching, developing and helping employers to implement effective strategies to recruit and retain the very best talent.

By using our experience to deliver practical advice and solutions to government, employers and individuals, we are helping to create a fair working environment which benefits employers, their teams and the wider business community.
