Research
Since inception in 1992, research has been used effectively by Chwarae Teg to help identify and qualify:
- the need for effective support to help women in Wales to progress in the workplace
- barriers facing women in the workplace
- the positive impact work-life balance and flexible working practices have on women’s career progression
- the need for targeted projects to enable the progression of women in the workplace
We supplement our research work by reviewing the work being undertaken both nationally and internationally by relevant organisations to help ensure Chwarae Teg maintains its in-depth understanding of the issues facing women in the workplace and the contemporary approaches to challenging them.
