Work-life Balance Networks

Increasingly businesses and organisations across Wales benefit from providing its people with good flexible and remote working opportunities, and work-life balance initiatives. These valuable business benefits from providing access to flexible working and work life balance initiatives include increased morale, motivation and productivity, improved efficiency and improved customer service and client satisfaction all of which can have a real impact on the bottom-line.

Chwarae Teg Work-life Balance regional networks bring together employers from different sectors across Wales to share best practice and learn from each other. The network aims to promote awareness of work-life balance, flexible and remote working and support employers introducing, embedding and sustaining work-life balance policies and practice.
