Rewards & Benefits

Chwarae Teg contributes 7% of gross salary to our stakeholder pension scheme.
We offer a generous 40 holiday days per year, as standard (based on a 5-day working week). We encourage our employees to take them all! Holidays can be taken on an hourly basis and employees are free to choose whether to work a national bank holiday or substitute day.
We offer enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave pay, if you’ve been with us for at least 13 weeks (in addition to limited paid dependency leave).
We offer healthy lifestyle initiatives including the Westfield Health Cash Plan to help with health-related expenses, an Employee Assistance Programme offering 24/7 confidential advice and support, and paid company sick pay.
