Rewards & Benefits

Chwarae Teg contributes 7% of gross salary to our stakeholder pension scheme.
We offer a generous 40-day annual leave per year, as standard (based on a 5-day working week). We understand annual leave is essential for wellbeing so it can be taken on an hourly basis and employees are free to choose whether to work a national bank holiday or substitute day.
We offer our employees enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave pay (subject to a qualifying length of service), in addition to limited paid dependency leave).
Our employees have membership to the Westfield Health Cash Plan, which provides help with health-related expenses and an Employee Assistance Programme, offering a 24/7 confidential advice line for health, legal & bereavement support (and more).
We operate an annual learning budget across the organisation and we encourage all employees to pursue development opportunities in their chosen field. We also offer regular knowledge-sharing sessions, lunch and learns with guest speakers, e-learning and in-house career development, personal growth and business best practice webinars and workshops.
We provide avenues for employees to give recognition to colleagues for their support and achievements, to share ideas that can inform working practices and to raise concerns. Our in-house Employee Forum also provides support to employees on a range of matters.
We believe that work should be about what you do, not where and when you do it. We operate agile working and provide a culture that promotes autonomy and trust.
