Agile Nation 2, is a European Social Funded Operation through the Welsh Government, which is managed by Chwarae Teg.  The Operation works with women and businesses to promote gender equality, career advancement and improve the position of women in the workforce.

Our Engagement Partners play an integral role in the business, ensuring that Chwarae Teg are increasing awareness of the Agile Nation 2 Programme for both women and businesses, and converting prospects into clients and participants.

Engagement Partners take individuals from the start of their journey and open them up to the array of opportunities that lie ahead.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience of success in an end-to-end sales function (lead generation, winning new business and processing admin).
  • Have commercial acumen
  • Have awareness of Human Resources Management and leadership and management, to maximise participant enrollment.

In addition to being experienced in sales, we are looking for somebody who:

  • Is a highly motivated team player
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Takes pride and personal responsibility for achieving KPI’s and targets
  • Is able to self–manage their time
  • Works innovatively to achieve targets.

The Role

Salary: £31,577

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)

Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours and external Secondment could be considered.

Location: Home-based

Contract: Fixed Term contract ending 31st May 2023

Closing Date: Midday on Wednesday 6th July 2022

Remote Working

All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out virtually, however as and when our practices allow, there may be some travel required within the UK. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
