Finance Partner

Are you a forward-thinking and results driven team player, with excellent attention to detail and a qualification or experience of working within finance?

We currently have a vacancy for a Finance Partner to join our Finance Team. As Finance Partner you will be an integral member of the team with key duties such as completing balance sheet reconciliations, preparing claims for our project funders and processing payroll. Working closely with budgets holders and the Finance Leads, you will prepare departmental accounts, undertake variance analyses and support the budgeting process.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent attention to detail, who is forward-thinking, results driven, with a flexible working style that can adapt to a dynamic finance department. Applicants should have excellent excel and IT skills and ideally have experience with Xero. To be successful in this role you will need to be fully qualified AAT or qualified by experience. The Role:

Salary: £25,000

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)

Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours, part time/job share and Secondment may be considered.

Location: Home-based

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to December 2022

Your Safety

All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and facilitated by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out via video conferencing and other virtual communication methods at this time.
