We currently have a vacancy for a Leadership Trainer & Coach to join our FairPlay Employer team.

This role is critical to the success of our learners’ journey. The Leadership Trainer & Coach will be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching, learning, and developing individuals’ leadership and management skills. They must be able to share their own skills and experiences as a leader, developing others whilst maintaining a positive relationship with both the learner and employer. An integral part of this role will also be to utilise opportunities with learners and employers and to upsell additional learning and coaching services.

The successful candidate will join a talented team of individuals, where they will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of learners as well as supporting learner achievement, success and progression. They will teach, assess and record all aspects of teaching and learning through our programmes whilst continuously developing and improving programmes for learners of the future. They will also be responsible for the development of additional content and delivery of sessions outside of the Inclusive Leadership Programme as required.

They will have demonstrable experience of delivering leadership and management training and coaching, with the necessary qualifications to deliver and assess at Level 5 or above. They will have personal leadership and management experience, as well as good commercial acumen, to support business and product growth.

The Role

Salary: £30,658

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)

Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours, part time/job share and secondment may be considered.

Your Safety

All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and facilitated by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out virtually, however as and when our practices allow, there may be some travel required, within the UK. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
