We currently have a vacancy within our marketing team for a Marketing Partner. This role will support marketing activity and work across the organisation to meet business objectives.
This role will be particularly involved in raising the profile of Chwarae Teg as a fundraising charity and will be key in working on campaigns designed to increase our supporter base, leading to an increase in fundraising and donation income.
We are looking for a dynamic communicator and digital media enthusiast who is passionate about Chwarae Teg’s strategic objective for a gender equal Wales. A confident networker with a good range of contacts working across the private, public and third sectors in Wales
This role is funded by Third Sector Resilience Fund for Wales Phase 3 Scheme, administered by WCVA.
We are looking for someone who is:

- an experienced digital media enthusiast who is bursting with ideas and always looking to learn about the next big thing
- a confident networker with a good range of contacts working across the private, public and third sectors in Wales.

The successful applicant will have:
- evidenced experience of planning and executing digital marketing
- an understanding of how to tailor marketing campaigns to different audiences
- the ability to turn complex and detailed information into engaging copy that appeals to a diversity of audiences
- a passion for harnessing the potential of a wide variety of available platforms to communicate to different audiences
- A good understanding of how to optimise the potential of search engines and website traffic
- An excellent understanding of existing and emerging digital media platforms and their potential for targeting a diversity of audiences

The Role
Salary: £29,294
Working Hours: Full time (35 hours)
Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours and external Secondment could be considered.
Location: Home-based
Contract: Fixed Term 12 month contract
Remote Working
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out virtually, however as and when our practices allow, there may be some travel required within the UK. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
