The Operations Analyst role is critical to the success of our business growth plans. Providing reports and intelligence to support the Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team to make fact based strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will join a talented team of individuals, where they will be responsible for operating day to day management of our data systems and analysing data to identify: ROI from sales activities, key market trends, sales cycles and capacity planning. In addition, supporting coordination of our marketing automation software, client relationship management and enterprise feedback management application.

They will have demonstrable experience of utilising business analytics to produce data lead reports and feedback. Systems operations experience using multiple platforms to carry out, coordinate and support business activities. Be an innovative and divergent individual challenging the team for continuous improvements through data led decision making.

The Role

Salary: £29,130

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)

Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours and external Secondment may be considered.

Your Safety

All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out virtually, however as and when our practices allow, there may be some travel required within the UK. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
