We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Policy and Research Team on a fixed term contract as a Research Partner. As we move into the final delivery stages of our Agile Nation 2 project, we are undertaking a range of activities to ensure we effectively evaluate the project and share the findings to inform future interventions to support women in Wales.
As Research Partner you will:
- help colleagues to develop and deliver research activity
- oversee research delivered by external partners
- undertake desk-based and primary research.
You will also play a pivotal role in translating research findings into practical recommendations and making sure these are effectively communicated to ensure a legacy for Agile Nation 2 and to drive positive change.
To be successful in this role you will:
- have a passion for research
- enjoy working in a dynamic and energetic team
- be adept at communicating complex evidence in an engaging and accessible way
- have some experience working in a research role.

The Role
Salary: £31,745
Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Must be flexible to meet needs.
Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Part time, condensed hours and external Secondment could be considered.
Location: Home-based.
Contract: Fixed Term contract ending 31st May 2023
Closing Date: 09:00 on Thursday 25th August 2022
Remote Working
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and facilitated by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. We expect this role to be carried out predominantly via Microsoft Teams and other virtual communication methods, but the role will also involve some travel.
