The Role

As Senior Finance Partner you will be an integral member of the team with key duties such as: Producing management information, preparing claims for our project funders and supervising payroll. Working closely with budgets holders and the Finance Lead, you will prepare management accounts, undertake variance analysis and support the budgeting process.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent attention to detail, who is forward-thinking, results driven, with a flexible working style that can adapt to a dynamic finance department. Applicants should have excellent excel and IT skills and ideally have experience with Xero. To be successful in this role you will need to be fully qualified AAT or qualified by experience. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to quickly develop their knowledge of financial systems and processes within the not-for-profit sector whilst working in a small finance team in a growing organisation.

Salary: £31,225

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)

Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours, part time/job share and secondments may be considered.

Location: Home-based

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st May 2023
