Our work has had a huge and positive impact on women in Wales, but our evidence shows that there is still a lot of work for us to do. Women from diverse backgrounds, particularly BAME women, women with disabilities, and women living in extreme poverty continue to experience multiple disadvantage. This needs to change. Chwarae Teg is committed to a Wales where all women are represented, empowered and able to prosper at all levels in the economy and public life regardless of their background or social status.
