Support us

Chwarae Teg is founded on the premise that the Welsh economy will not prosper unless women are able to contribute fully in the workplace. Many barriers, such as stereotyping, lack of affordable childcare and the continuing pay gap persist and prevent women in Wales reaching their full potential.
