We offer a series of topical HR seminars, events and workshops up and down the country, and host the annual Wales HR Awards to recognise HR excellence in a wide range of sectors.

Why are you supporting the awards?

We think it is important to celebrate success, and to ensure that those who deserve it most get recognition. This event is a fantastic opportunity for women from all walks of life, celebrating the many different aspects of achievement throughout Wales.

Why does gender equality matter to you?

Through recognising and celebrating what women can achieve, we can help to break down the barriers that women are still facing. The labour market needs to be more equal, and through enabling women to enhance their skills and career prospects we can do just that.
