Target Group is a ‘FinTech’ company, rooted in business process outsourcing. We have worked with leading Financial Services brands for over 40 years and we create value through partnering with our clients to transform their customer journey and operations.

Why are you supporting the awards?

At Target we feel passionately about making our work place an inclusive environment. We also feel strongly about celebrating successes and encouraging our colleagues to strive for big goals – Womenspire really showcases just how much can be achieved with the right opportunities, mindset and encouragement, which is something we just had to be involved with.

Why does gender equality matter to you?

Our industry is notoriously very male dominated, and we want to see more females not only working within financial services and IT in general, but also climbing the ladder and taking on more senior roles.
