Tell us about your organisation
We’re a forward-thinking company, with the goal of transforming customer experiences. We work with financial services brands in the UK and in Europe to create efficient and effective journeys throughout the financial lifecycle. Our people are the key to delivering our services.
Why are you supporting the awards?
Women can sometimes be more reserved when it comes to shouting about achievements. That needs to change. Womenspire is a great platform to celebrate successes – together. It’s a really emotive event, with a fantastic following – an event we just have to be a part of! We’ve been running the #IamRemarkable programme at Target to encourage our women (and men) to call out those triumphs. It’s so important as part of all of our personal development and growth.
Why does gender equality matter to you?
Financial Services is traditionally a male-dominated industry. We’re starting to see some real change in the sector, driven by organisations like Chwarae Teg, leaders like Anne Boden, and initiatives like the Women in Finance Charter. We know that having a diverse culture, focused on wellbeing and development, brings better results for our customers and for our company.
Why do you support the work of Chwarae Teg?
It’s really important to us that the women in our business, and in the wider industry are supported in their personal goals. To do so is about more than just changing rules and influencing policy. It’s about empowering women to be all they can be. Chwarae Teg champions that empowerment, creating a supportive and engaging network, creating opportunity, and creating the leaders of the future. Our goals are really closely aligned!
