Pension
Chwarae Teg contribute the equivalent of 6% into a Norwich Union Stakeholder pension plan. Individuals can of course make further personal contributions as well.

Hours
Full time – 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Part time – Chwarae Teg has members of staff working a wide range of part time and flexible hours.

Work Life Balance
Chwarae Teg has generous policies on Parental leave, Carers leave and Compassionate leave. We encourage all employees to balance their work and home lives and look positively at any requests to restructure the individual’s working week to achieve this. We have a Work Life Balance Statement of Intent which sets out our commitment to supporting Work Life Balance for all our staff. In addition we have policies covering homeworking, compressed hours and a range of special leave initiatives. We operate a range of flexible working patterns.

Holidays
Chwarae Teg staff are entitled to 280 hours of holiday time off in every 'holiday year' (pro rata for part time staff and in the first and last years of employment). This is equivalent to 40 days, including statutory days and bank holidays, each year.

Performance Review and Personal Development
Individuals participate in a Performance Review programme which includes identifying and addressing personal development and training needs.

Welsh Language
Chwarae Teg is committed to promoting the Welsh language. Members of staff wishing to learn Welsh will be encouraged and supported.
