It’s been a productive year for our Employer Work-life Balance Regional networks. The networks are going from strength to strength welcoming new members at meetings across Wales. These have taken place in Swansea, Llandudno and Cardiff. Our network beings together like minded business people who want to develop and embed sustainable work-life balance and flexible working practices that deliver benefits for both the business and its employees.
