Who are we?

The leading agency for the economic development of women in Wales. Established in 1992, Chwarae Teg supports, develops and expands the role of women in the Welsh economy. Initially set up by a consortium of public sector agencies Chwarae Teg is now a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. more

What do we do?

Many Welsh women face obstacles or barriers to achieving the same opportunity as their male counterparts. These barriers include stereotyping, discrimination, the pay gap and a lack of affordable care for children and the elderly. more
