Trainer and Co-ordinator |
To develop, deliver and co-ordinate a programme of training and work placements designed to increase the number of women considering training or employment in non-traditional skill areas and to support the assessment process. Experience/qualifications in training, teaching or tutoring are essential. This post requires a flexible team player, a highly motivated and well-organised individual with good interpersonal and communication skills and an empathy with the project's aims. Proven IT skills and the ability to be aministratively self-supporting are essential. Some local and regional travel of a rural nature is required. Experience of working in a target driven environment would be advantageous. The ability to work through the medium of Welsh is essential. This post is funded until May 2006
