Our Training & Qualifications Partners play a key role in developing & assessing the learning and skills elements of the Agile Nation 2 Career Development Programme for women. The programme supports employed women to build the skills and confidence to take their first steps into leadership or to progress their leadership aspirations
This will be an exciting time to join an established but evolving team, supporting the development, delivery and assessment of a suite of Institute of Leadership & Management accredited training as well as a range of other inspiring and motivating workshops via face to face sessions, webinars and online learning sessions. To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of designing, delivering and assessing a range of engaging accredited learning programmes. You’ll deliver outstanding quality assurance support across our programmes by monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, to inform and drive continuous improvement. As you will be working across multiple teams, alongside passionate and supportive colleagues you will draw upon your experience of collaborative working to achieve successful business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

1 x Fixed Term Contract: January 2021 to 30th June 2023
1 x Fixed Term Contract: December 2020 to 31st December 2021
Location: Home-based
Salary: £30,354 per annum
Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
