Joining forces to promote funded help to get agile

Wales’ leading gender equality charity and a prominent financial organisation are collaborating to highlight the benefits of agile working, which could help support businesses through Covid-19 and beyond.

Given the challenges faced by a wide range of businesses during the current pandemic, Chwarae Teg and DWJ Wealth Management are encouraging business to access funded support which may limit the detrimental effects they face.

DWJ reaped the benefits of taking part in Chwarae Teg’s fully funded Agile Nation2 Business Programme for SMEs back in 2019 when it implemented agile working and obtained a ‘Leading’ FairPlay Employer Award.

Through their Business Programme, Chwarae Teg’s help and guidance enabled us to fully embrace agile working practices. That has certainly helped us face this unexpected pandemic in an effective way and keep the business running seamlessly.

“These are incredibly difficult times for many businesses but sometimes even small changes can make a big difference. The fact is, Chwarae Teg provides fully funded support which can achieve real results – so it’s really worth looking into.

Dywedodd Danni Watts-Jones, Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr, DWJ Wealth Management
says the positive outcomes are clear:

The benefits of agile working cannot be understated. During this lockdown there is no doubt that in some cases agile working has enabled businesses to continue and therefore prevented job losses.

“Our business programme offers extensive guidance and advice which is tailored to individual organisations. Plus, being fully funded there’s nothing to lose and everything to gain.
