We currently have a vacancy for a Coaching & Mentoring Partner to join our Commercial Team.
This is an exciting time to join Chwarae Teg, as we move towards more sustainable and diverse funding model. Funded through the Third Sector Resilience Fund for 12 months, this Coaching & Mentoring Partner role will work with our Commercial Team to develop a new service offering as part of our FairPlay Employer products.

Your Safety
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out via video conferencing and other virtual communication methods at this time. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.

The Role
Salary: £30,658 pro rata
Working Hours: 28 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet client needs)
Flexibility: This role is offered on a part time basis, with flexibility due to our agile working model. Condensed hours or job share will be considered. Secondments are welcome from both internal and external applicants.
