Collaboration Assistant Intern (Kickstart)
This is a kickstart role through the Government kickstart scheme.

To be eligible to apply for the kickstart scheme you will be:
- 16-24 years old
- Claiming Universal Credit
- Struggling to secure work or an apprenticeship
- Would benefit from a quality six month paid job along with support an guidance to help you build your long-term career.
Training and Development
Kickstart scheme Interns will be provided training and resources as part of their placement. Topics include:
- CV Writing
- Career Development
- Interview Skills and Techniques
- Teamwork
- Effective Communication.
Kickstart Interns will also have direct access to a Career Development Partner for support with seeking future employment.
The Role
The Collaboration Intern will work to the Collaboration Manager and is accountable for supporting the delivery of networks, events and grant funded projects.

Salary: £17,290 (Pro rata £12,350)
Working Hours: 25 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)
Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model.
Location: Home-based
Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

Your Safety
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out via video conferencing and other virtual communication methods at this time. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
