We currently have a vacancy for a Development Partner (Grants & Trusts) to join our Delivery Team.

This is an exciting time to join Chwarae Teg, as we move towards a more sustainable and diverse funding model. Funded initially through the Third Sector Resilience Fund, this Development Partner (Grant and Trusts) role will work with existing teams to develop new ideas for projects that will make a difference to women in Wales.

The Role

Salary: £30,658 pro rata

Working Hours: 28 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)

Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours, part time/job share and secondment may be considered.

Location: Home-based

Contract: Permanent

Your Safety

All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out via video conferencing and other virtual communication methods at this time. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
