We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Delivery Partner - Business to join our Agile Nation 2 business programme team. As a Senior Delivery Partner you’ll be accountable for leading a team of HR experts working with SME clients to create policies and practices that support a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion, and foster an environment that promotes the recruitment, progression and retention of women. Working alongside the Senior Delivery Partners for the womens programme and engagement team, as well as collaboratively across the organisation, you will ensure the effective day to day operation of the business programme, including ensuring project targets and outcomes are met on time and in compliance with funding requirements.
We’re looking for a highly motivated HR professional with a track record of working within a similar HR related field to create culture change, equality, diversity, inclusion and agile working practices. You’ll use your experience of leading a high performing team to ensure this successful programme continues to deliver impactful results for our clients.
The Role
Salary: £34,472 pro rata
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)
Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours, part time/job share and secondment may be considered.
Location: Home-based
Contract: Fixed Term contract ending 31st March 2023

Your Safety
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out via video conferencing and other virtual communication methods at this time. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
