We currently have a vacancy for a Wales Women’s Budget Group Coordinator to join our Policy and Research Team. This role will help to develop the Wales Women’s Budget Group, including building policy and comms outputs
As Wales Women’s Budget Group Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the continued development of the Wales Women’s Budget Group, coordinating the move to becoming a fully constituted organisation, developing policy and research outputs, building the profile and influence of the WWBG and supporting work to secure sustainable funding to further grow the organisation.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is able to turn their hand to a wide range of responsibilities. You will have the skills and experience to produce briefings, reports and consultation responses on relevant topics and to coordinate comms activity to grow the profile and influence of the Wales Women’s Budget Group.
You will have a proven track record of being able to work autonomously, taking personal responsibility for delivering against agreed outcomes. You will have a keen eye for detail, and be able to provide effective administrative support as the Wales Women’s Budget Group grows and develops.
We’re looking for a passionate intersectional feminist who will embrace opportunities to develop new skills and work in an agile way as the Wales Women’s Budget Group develops.

The Role
Salary: £25,250 pro rata
Working Hours: 21 Hours per week (Must be flexible to meet needs)
Flexibility: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours and external Secondment could be considered.
Location: Home-based
Contract: Permanent

Your Safety
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and supported by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. Our work is currently being undertaken with covid-19 safety measures in place, therefore, we expect this role to predominantly be carried out virtually, however as and when our practices allow, there may be some travel required within the UK. Chwarae Teg will continue to monitor the situation and assess impact on our service delivery accordingly.
