Panel Discussion: Agile and Inclusive Work - The New Normal

2nd December 2021

The pandemic has hastened a seismic and permanent shift in how we structure and organise work. This change offers great opportunities to deliver greater equality but only if we focus on equity and inclusion.

We spoke to employers and employees about the way we organise workplaces. They told us that we need ways of working that offer choice, autonomy and flexibility.

Employers and employees told us that we must avoid a one-size-fits all approach to workplace practices. Placing equity and inclusion at the heart of how we organise work will ensure everyone can thrive.

Join us for a panel discussion to learn more about our research, and how businesses can implement the findings to create a more inclusive workplace.

Our panelists:

Brian is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster and presenter. He’s also the co-founder, co-director and chair of the Cardiff Book Festival, and the director of Stay Gold Media, which provides consultancy services in communications, media and events. Brian will be on hand to facilitate the panel discussion.
