Hybrid teams present new leadership challenges and managers need to ensure they avoid creating a two-tiered workforce - those present & visible in the office and those who work at home/remotely.
This workshop outlines practical ways on how you can overcome challenges and create an inclusive environment. You will learn best practice to support your team members, foster and strengthen relationships and build a culture of trust within your team.
On completion of the workshop, participants will receive access to a Line Management toolkit to support hybrid leadership activities.
By the end of this workshop, you will:

This online workshop is suitable for those who already manage or are soon to be managing hybrid teams, whereby some of your team members work at a physical workplace and some may work from home/remotely.
This workshop will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. This is a practical and interactive workshop, participation and group discussion is encouraged.
