Chwarae Teg’s Not Just for Boys initiative has temporarily moved online, providing free 1 hour webinars for girls and women who are interested in careers within Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Not Just for Boys aims to create the diverse, agile and innovative STEM workforce that Wales needs for today and the future.
In celebration of International Day of the Girl and Ada Lovelace Day we will be joined by 3 inspiring women working in a variety of roles across IT at the DVLA who will provide an insight into their careers to date and offer advice to those interested in building a career in STEM.
Join us for discussions with inspiring women working within STEM Industries and:
- Discover what ‘a day in a life’ looks like working in a STEMindustry
- Be inspired by their career journeys that will inspire the future generations.

On the 12th of October at 5pm, we are working in partnership with DVLA. At this webinar we will inspire women to achieve very successful and hugely rewarding careers as programmers, software engineers, tech specialists and as leaders in IT.
