Help us understand young women’s experiences of careers support

We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance researcher to undertake some research exploring young women’s experiences of careers support in Wales.

This project revisits some of the issues we explored in our 2017 report Bright: Young Women’s Career Aspirations. Much has changed since then and we want to understand whether careers support is effectively reaching and informing young women from diverse backgrounds about the future of work and the labour market and whether there is a need to adapt careers advice and guidance in the context of the pandemic.
