We had, and still have, rapid growth plans but wanted to make sure our staff were able to share in our success and come along for the ride. Through the business programme, run by Chwarae Teg, we have been able to access invaluable training, development and coaching opportunities. It’s meant that we have kept us up to speed with modern and agile ways of working, which put staff at the centre of our culture. Through years of practice, what started out as a relaxing hobby, our baking has grown into something unimaginable.

We have implemented some new policies, training and practices that will support our rapid business growth and ensure we attract a diverse range of candidates and are an inclusive employer. Although the Get Caked team is constantly growing our team values remain the same with passion, fun and creativity at the heart of all our staff.

Get Caked Bake House have worked hard to get structures and systems in place, whilst undergoing phenomenal growth.
