Academi Wales is the centre for excellence in leadership and management for public services in Wales. Established in September 2012, Academi Wales is part of the portfolio of the Welsh Government Minister for Finance and Local Government. We support the development of individual and organisational leadership, offering a wide range of cutting edge masterclasses, programmes and other interventions, to current and aspiring leaders across Wales.

Why does gender equality matter to you?
Academi Wales is passionate about gender equality. We believe that for Public Services in Wales to thrive, we must all work together and celebrate equality and diversity. Our learning resources, courses and events are there for everyone, regardless of gender.
