Tell us about your organisation

Why are you supporting the awards?

For the second year running, we are proud to support the Chwarae Teg Womenspire Awards as a charity which shares our own commitment to creating equal opportunities in the workplace. Regardless of identity or background, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. To be developed to their full potential, be rewarded and recognised and have a meaningful voice on the way we run our company.

Why does gender equality matter to you?

We are radio people with clear company vision, mission, values and goals. Whilst we have this in common, we also recognise our people are unique and have a range of differences. Our promise is that people will never be unfairly treated for differences or background which may include age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and belief.

Why do you support the work of Chwarae Teg?

Once again, the awards are an excellent opportunity to raise awareness, to further promote gender equality in Wales and to recognise stand out individuals.
