Agile Nation2 is funded by the European Social Fund through Welsh Government.

The Agile Nation2 Business Programme offers advice, support and best practice tools to ensure talented women are not excluded from your recruitment, nor are they overlooked for promotion and do not leave your organisation. Hence our focus on recruitment, retention, progression. Our ethos on the programme is as follows:-

People make successful businesses - A successful organisation ensures it has the right people in the right roles. Employees that are happy, motivated, valued, highly skilled with clear career progression and all pulling in the same direction.

We can overlook the talent we have - Unconscious bias can occur due to out-of-date policies, systems and processes that don’t reflect the diversity of society. People’s assumption about commitment and desire to work and progress are often based on gender, working hours, or lifestyle choices.

Women in Wales experience the barriers to success - We are playing a leading role in providing solutions to fix the system; working with employers who value inclusion and diversity in the workforce and at decision making levels.

The Agile Nation2 Business Programme is funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government.

Whether you are the business owner, leading HR in the organisation or part of the management team we are sure you know the importance of diversity, inclusion and gender equality in your business and in wider society. Get in touch today and together we can make Wales a fairer place to live and work.

When you work with us on the business programme we will focus on three key areas of your business: Recruitment, retention and progression.

All our support is designed to help leadership teams make informed decisions about best working practices to support women, and everyone, in the workplace. All of our sessions promote equality of opportunity and inclusion.
